Ultimately, there's only one type of yoga and it can be done fast or slow, flowing movements or steady asanas, it can focus on physical aspect or breathe-work ... the list goes on. Whatever discipline is your preference, you will find a class that suits you in the list below. My teaching style is inspired by Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa as well as Yin which roots from Taoist practice of yoga.

I believe that yoga ensues from within, the self-awareness is the bridge between this physical body and the higher-self. When we learn to 'feel' ourselves into asanas, all questions diffuse, the feelings and sensations permit us to cross that bridge and say hello to the Eternal. In other words, Yoga is the art of listening to your body, letting go of what is asking to be released and unblocking the energy channels.


Our practice enhances when we realise that the mind-body intelligence is our only true teacher. I am inspired by and learn from my students every day. I hope you will join me in this beautiful shiva-shakti dance.
