Service Description

Best of both Yoga & Pilates. Improve both flexibility and strength. Light hand-weights used but optional. Spinal articulation is something thats common in both Yoga and Pilates. Spinal work is an absolute must for me. I believe when your spine is functioning well, everything else falls into place. We also do core strengthening movements to develop a strong front body that supports the spine well.
